Should this terrify me? Because it does.

Brad is on a team in our city's basketball league. Games are held at the local Rec center (which used to be the city's power plant and makes for a seriously crazy building).

Anyway.

Last Thursday, the gym was packed. One side housed basketball players. The other side held Zumba participants. Grace could not contain herself. She watched them for a few minutes.

Then she jumped in. Front and center.

  8. That's amazing. My Lily has a similar creepy dance ability. I don't know where she learned to shake her hips that way but I tell you: I do NOT like it.

  9. I've been doing zumba on/off for years now, and I wouldn't be caught dead on the gym floor next to her. Definitely mad skills. Have you considered dancing for her?

  11. Incredible, Elise. The kid obviously has a talent and she needs lessons. The talent came from one of two places - Heaven or Aunt Brit for "dancing" her around as a newborn babe. Either way, don't be like me. A good friend of mine noticed that Kamille had a talent for piano and finally came to me and said, "I'm going to teach her since you haven't given her the opportunity for lessons." Pathetic.

  13. @ Kathleen: That lady sounds pretty rude. Even if she does teach piano. Just sayin.
